Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, and billing information. This is necessary to provide the Service and process payments.

We automatically collect information about how you interact with our dashboard and APIs, including page views, feature usage, API call volumes, and error logs.

Customer Data

You send us game analytics data ("Customer Data") through our SDKs and APIs. This may include player identifiers, in-game events, session data, and other telemetry you choose to track. We process Customer Data solely on your behalf and according to your instructions.

4. Data Retention

We retain Account Information for as long as your account is active. Customer Data is retained according to your plan's data retention period (7 days for Indie, 90 days for Studio, custom for Enterprise). Upon account deletion, we remove your data within 30 days, except where required by law.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256)
• SOC 2 Type II compliance (in progress)
• Regular penetration testing and security audits
• Role-based access controls and audit logging
• Data centers in AWS US-East and EU-West regions

6. International Transfers

Customer Data may be processed in the United States and European Union. For EU-based customers, we offer Data Processing Agreements (DPA) with Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure adequate data protection.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Request deletion of your personal information
• Object to or restrict processing of your information
